A Smooth Transition: What You Need to Know
We understand that a change in property management can raise questions, and we're here to make this transition as seamless as possible for you. As of 2/1/2026, Property Tech will be your new property management partner, taking over the leases for your current home.
Our priority is to provide you with excellent service, responsive support, and a comfortable living environment. Here's a breakdown of what this means for you:
Your Lease Agreement: No Changes, Just New Management
- Your Current Lease Remains Intact: Good news! Your existing lease agreement with your previous landlord will remain in full effect. All terms, conditions, and dates (including your rent amount, due date, and lease end date) will stay the same. We are simply stepping in to manage the property on behalf of the owner.
- We've Reviewed Your Lease: We have received and thoroughly reviewed your current lease agreement. We are committed to upholding its terms and ensuring a fair and consistent experience for all residents.
Paying Your Rent: Simple & Convenient
- New Payment Portal: To make paying rent as easy as possible, we'll be transitioning to our secure online tenant portal. You'll receive an email shortly with instructions on how to set up your account. Through this portal, you can:
- Pay rent securely online via ACH, credit/debit card (processing fees may apply).
- Set up automatic recurring payments for peace of mind.
- View your payment history and statements.
- Grace Periods & Late Fees: Please refer to your existing lease agreement for details on grace periods and late fees. Our policies will align with what's already outlined in your lease.
- Alternative Payment Methods: If online payments aren't feasible for you, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements, such as mailing a check or money order.
Maintenance & Repairs: Prompt & Professional Service
- Easy Online Maintenance Requests: We've streamlined our maintenance request process. For all non-emergency repairs, you'll be able to submit a request directly through your online tenant portal. This ensures your request is logged, tracked, and addressed efficiently.
- 24/7 Emergency Support: For true emergencies (e.g., burst pipes, fire, security issues), we offer 24/7 emergency support. Our emergency contact number is: 971-266-4009. Please use this number only for urgent matters that require immediate attention and pose a threat to health, safety, or property.
- Qualified Vendors: We work with a network of trusted, licensed, and insured local vendors and technicians to ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Preventative Maintenance: We believe in proactive care. We'll be in touch regarding any scheduled preventative maintenance, such as HVAC servicing or gutter cleaning, to keep your home in top condition.
Communication & Support: We're Here for You
- Dedicated Team: Our professional and friendly team is here to support you. We pride ourselves on clear communication and timely responses.
